We ship using the United States Postal Service. All packages come with a delivery confirmation number, which will be emailed to you when your order ships out. All orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days of purchase, but under some circumstances, it may take longer.

* Why didnít I receive a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email has arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can confirm that the order was placed.
* What brand of shirt will I receive?
All of our shirts are screen printed on Gildan 100% preshrunk cotton tees, but at times we may also use a comparable item, such as Anvil 100% cotton tees, if necessary.
* What size shirt should I order?
You can check out our size chart to get an idea on how our shirts fit.
* I was sent the wrong shirt or I was sent a defective shirt, what do I do?
If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and details on what we did wrong, and we will take care of it for you.
* Do you ship to Military addresses?
YES SIR! We ship to both APO and FPO addresses.
* I have a Promo/Coupon Code, how do I use it?
Easy, just enter the promotional code you have in the "coupon code" field located on the Checkout Page. Our codes are NOT case sensitive. Some promotional codes are for a limited time only or may not be used with other offers.
* How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

* Do you sell shirts wholesale?
Yes, we do sell wholesale, retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us at email@example.com. Please include your contact information, what store you are purchasing for, and a valid employer ID number.
* Do you have a catalogue you can send me?
Sorry, since we offer hundreds of designs and are constantly adding new designs, a catalog would be obsolete right away. For this reason our assortment of shirts & hoodies can only be viewed online.
* I bought this tee last week and now it's on sale.
Occasionally we adjust the pricing on our shirts/hoodies. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we can't provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you purchased it.
