Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Because many of our products are made-to-order, processing may take slightly longer during high-volume periods such as holidays or major sales.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or seasonal shipping volume.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
FiveFingerTees.com is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
FiveFingerTees.com is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to help locate it.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can make it right.
